This Privacy Policy explains how Foundation Finance Group(“we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the 13 Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

1. What we collect

We collect information you provide through our forms and calculators (such as your name, contact details, financial and loan details) and information collected automatically (such as device and usage data).

2. Why we collect it

We collect your information to respond to your enquiry, provide credit assistance, comply with our legal obligations and (with your separate consent) send you marketing communications.

3. Who we disclose it to

We may disclose your information to lenders, aggregators, referrers and service providers for the purposes above. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Credit information

Where we collect or use credit information, we also comply with Part IIIA of the Privacy Act and the Privacy (Credit Reporting) Code. Additional notices and consents apply.

5. Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and to destroy or de-identify it when no longer needed. We comply with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
