James Waters brings a decade of experience in real estate and strata management to his role as a mortgage broker, giving clients insights that go well beyond finance. Having personally bought, sold, renovated and refinanced property as both a homeowner and investor, he understands exactly what it feels like to be on the client’s side of the process.
Based in Melbourne but working with clients nationwide, James helps first home buyers, upgraders, refinancers and investors achieve their goals. He’s known for keeping things simple and personal: no jargon, no fluff. Just clear advice, tailored strategies and ongoing support.
When you work with James, you work directly with him. He takes care of the details, communicates openly, and makes the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find James with his fiancée Justine and their two mini dachshunds, Franklin and Gracie, walking along Gardiners Creek Trail or catching up with friends and family.
